That's great. the timer is a good idea. You can clean for 10 or 15 minutes and rest with a nice glass of water (for you) and time you rest time, too.
Then you can do a few minutes more. emoticon

Focus on moving forward.

I made a big dent in my kitchen yesterday (the good kind, hehe) but I keep my desk in my kitchen and it's down to paperwork now. This is a definite FROG! I promise myself I'll set a timer and declutter paper for 15 minutes today, I can do that!

This is a good place for me to start today, I have been using my kitchen for a catch all and today I have some time to tackle it, I think I'll use my timer too.

If your sink is nice and clean the rest just falls into place. Should we do a week long long goal of keeping our sinks clean and clear of dishes?

Focus on moving forward.

My one kitchen counter is a catch all for everything. Also my dinning table at times is a resting place and it drives me crazy.

Focus on moving forward.

I spent Sunday working on this project. I did it in short timed bursts. That way it did not feel so overwhelming. By the end of the afternoon, I had a much tidier kitchen and watched my favorite shows, too!

They say that the kitchen is the new spot for gathering. So how is your kitchen? Is inviting? Is it decluttered? Is it sparkling?

Time to make your kitchen company ready, too.

So,
Declutter - remove everything that doesn't belong in the kitchen to its proper place.
Clean - start with the sink and then the counters.
Clean - wipe down and/or polish the cabinets and drawers
Clean - all appliances, especially the fridge.
Sweep/mop - the floors

If you are not having company, how about just making the kitchen inviting for your home?

Just like the other company ready projects - start anytime and whichever project suits your need.

Come back and brag. Support awaits (and, a goodie).
