I am doing well; lost 22 lbs so far...I did start working on this a little before I found SP but I know SP is what has helped me stay with it. I am looking forward to shedding more pounds and eating healthy! :)

So far I have to say I am really impressed. Usually by now my old habits are yelling pretty loudly in my ear but I seem to be keeping on track with my nutrition goals pretty steadily. For me this is definitely something to pat myself on the back for. The scale moved pretty quickly in the first 3 weeks but this 4th week has been a tease. Its not going anywhere. But spending time in another state for a weekend to attend a wedding kinda threw me for a loop. I'm just proud to say I got back on track as soon as I came home and have been cruising right along.
What needs improvement is my exercise. At the moment it is non-existent. I know the importance of exercise but I just cant seem to find the time. This will be my next task to work on since I seem to have the healthy eating choices on course.

I think the most exciting thing for me is that it's week 4 and I am still sticking with the exercise and eating better. I have never made it past day 4 or 5 in the past. Today is 4 weeks from when I joined and I hit my first 5% weight loss goal today which was pretty good motivation to keep me moving forward. I am also excited about just feeling better in general - having more energy, sleeping better, having a better attitude - it makes working on this lifestyle change so worth it when I see the positive results it is making in my life!
I am proud of all of us for making it this far and can't wait to watch everyone continue on!!
Things are going well here also. I too have found places where I can improve. I haven't lost a lot of weight but I have walked miles this past month. Even if the numbers on the scale haven't dropped as I was hoping, I feel stronger and better. I'm glad that I have kept going and am still mostly excited instead of getting discouraged and quitting.
I'm doing well....I need to adjust some things and some ways of thinking but so far I am lighter then when I started so good on that end :D
I am still determined!! The past 4 weeks have been busy with the end of summer, family visiting and going out of town to visit family again. Needless to say, it has been anything but routine and I tried to stick as much as I could to my plan but I did fall short in some areas. Summer is over this week for me and it is back to work. I will be more disciplined and have my goals in place and plan to meet them! How is everyone else doing?

Happy Sunday! Now that we are about 4 weeks in, how is everyone doing? I noticed some areas I needed to adjust but I feel like I am on the right track.
