Happy Sunday. You guys are doing great with your goals! I would like to introduce a little friendly challenge. It sometimes is little boring eating "healthy", or the same type of food. Sometimes we get a little bored and tend to drift away from our goals with the same celery and carrot sticks, and baked chicken breast. Healthy eating is eating in moderation long with a colorful array of fruits and vegetables. This week's challenge is to try a new recipe found on Sparkrecipes or any site, just post the link to the recipe. Good luck everyone!
