My hands, wrists, feet and ankles, knees in the morning would be considered moderate to severe and as the day goes on, they're usually alot better unless I do something to hinder that. Before meds, I was way off the charts on the pain charts, that's for sure. So I'm thankful for what I am now, most of the time!

With RA we can point to places that have pain but how can you describe the kind of pain that makes you feel shaky inside. You can not point to a specific place.
