HI, My Bed Buddy arrived and I love it. I microwaves to get it nice and warm and it fastens securely around your neck '/shoulders so you can move around or even walk around while wearing it. It supports your neck nicely while in a recliner or bed. and of course the warmth is so soothing. It stays warm for 20-30 minutes.
You can also cool it which I haven't done yet. Cold never sounds very comfortable on my neck unless I'm in the midst of a hot flash.

but I would say this is worth the money.

I'm so glad that you found something so worthwhile for you, I hope! Thanks for letting us know about it. So far I'm able to cope with what I have, but I'll sure bookmark that website! emoticon

I'm starting my ticker over with going low carb.

a Better Bed Buddy (which wouldn't be hard to find LOL)

check it out: arthriving.com/whole-body/product/?r

It's a wrap for shoulders and neck or any other place on your body that you want to cushion and comfort with either moist heat or cold. I figure it should be great when I have my shoulder surgery and it will definitely be good for my neck always. I will let you know how I like it. OH, and arthriving lists it as costing $25 ...I got it by ordering from Walmart and WITH SHIPPING it only cost $20. Arthriving provides links to Walmart and other stores who carry this product.
