Week #1 done.
I'd forgotten how much fun STS is.
I'm doing Legs on Wednesdays because it is the only day I'm not sitting for the majority of the day. I have more freedom to get up and walk around. I discovered last time that my legs cramp when I'm behind the desk on Leg Day.
My weights are a little light this round - the last year I was moving and spent most of my energy on packing, cleaning, cleaning, unpacking - rather than lifting heavy. I was afraid if I injured or strained a muscle working out - I would never be able to complete the moving.
Now that I'm all moved in and everything is in it's place - I can focus on regaining some muscles and LOSING some regained fat.
YES.....Loving the STS Program.
I donít want to live my life as an unhealthy person.
I will do whatever it takes to receive OPTIMAL HEALTH.
I can have anything I want --- I just don't want that.
