Mesocycle #1 = OVER

I love the exercises in this cycle, but the dis-connected exercises makes it difficult to get everything set up and put away --- only to have to re-set a few minutes later for the same exercise. I have a small workout room...so it is a PAUSE-PLAY cycle for me.

I do love it and it would be PERFECT if I had a bigger workout room in the house.

I definitely feel stronger and more energetic. It's all good emoticon

Week #1 done.

I'd forgotten how much fun STS is.

I'm doing Legs on Wednesdays because it is the only day I'm not sitting for the majority of the day. I have more freedom to get up and walk around. I discovered last time that my legs cramp when I'm behind the desk on Leg Day.

My weights are a little light this round - the last year I was moving and spent most of my energy on packing, cleaning, cleaning, unpacking - rather than lifting heavy. I was afraid if I injured or strained a muscle working out - I would never be able to complete the moving.

Now that I'm all moved in and everything is in it's place - I can focus on regaining some muscles and LOSING some regained fat.

YES.....Loving the STS Program.

I'm gearing up for my next STS Rotation.
I'll be starting with cardio on July 31st with cardio days being Sun/Tues/Thurs
My weight days will be Mon/Wed/Fri
Legs will be on Wednesdays, no matter what the disc number is, because it's the best day for me to focus heavy on legs and not be stuck at an office desk chair afterwards.....

My eating plan is a basic 'Exchange' program from 1500-1700kc/d
