I will get to my goal weight and run 5k. I can now run a mile and am working my way up.
My main goal this year is to reach my weight goal of 157 pounds and to eliminate all medications. I will do this by tracking my food and excercise.

Here is our first challenge of 2009. Post your goals, any and all goals for 2009 here and let's get working on them and supporting one another!!
Off the top of my head (because I typically have way more goals than I can ever remember)
~ lose 45% (give or take) of my body weight. At 5'2" and a starting weight of 193 that puts me right around 106. Not anorexic, but possibly a little on the skinny side.
~ eat healthy and well for my body by continuing to eliminate the things that make me sick/nauseous (milk-based) and adding in things that are actually healthy that won't make me sick (fruits n veggies).
~ Build my home based, direct sales business by actually *working* on it 3x per week.
~ Maintain and keep inside my budget by tracking receipts every other day and paying bills 2x a month on paydays or the weekend after.
~ write movie/book reviews for a website I'm already involved with a minimum of 2x per month
~ Continue to enjoy time with friends and family 2-3x per week and keep them a priority.
I think there are more but i can't remember them right now.
P.S. call me Mouse, that's what all my friends call me!! Marie is my middle name.
