I'll join you in trying to do this challenge. Thanks so much for all you do for the team!!

Week 1 - April 16----beginning weight - 172.0

Week 2 - April 23 - 170.6 - down 1.4 pounds

Week 3 from April 29 to May 5 - 171.2 - down .8 pounds

Week 4 from May 6 to May 12 - 168.4 ending weight -down 3.6 pounds

May 13-----How did you do?

I'll join you ladies as I have a class reunion Mother's Day weekend. I am on the Spring 5% challenge but not moving down very fast! Thanks for the heads up on this challenge. Let's Just Do It!

Would you like to be 4 or 5 pounds lighter by Mother's Day.

Starting today until May 13...the challenge is to go down 1 pound per week.
