Greek foods use oregano. Mediterannean foods for the most part i think use a lot of oregano.

you could use it in making salad dressings. herbs can go in so many things, just depends on your taste buds. you can use it on grilled meat or vegetables.

Lots of italian dishes call for OREGANO---so try googling might be a good idea---you could make a hugh pot of spaghetti sauce and freeze it----I do that---can't stand the canned or jarred kind---too sweet for me. Hope this helps.

I am receiving a lot of Oragano in my csa (friends with the farmer) and besides drying it for future recipes I don't know hat to do ith it. Any ideas?
