11/7- 5960. My Spark tracker arrived.. Interesting, but when I played golf with my Fitbit I
Always made at least 8000 steps. For the same thing Spark tracker gave me
Only 5000.

Hi I have a brand new pedometer I used a few times and then I bought a Fitbit! I wear it all the time and sync to Spark!

If anyone wants the pedometer, I will post it to you!

Count me in for this challenge.

There is an App I use on my iPhone called nexercise which tracks steps, distance, time also!

I have several Sportline ones that I bought at Walmart and they seem to do a good job. Right now I have the Sportline slim one in my pocket, to wear for the day.

Fay, it doesn't matter how many steps you take, this isn't a competition or anything like that. Just do as much as you can and with each day tracking, you might find you'll go further and further.
Just do your best, that's all that's asked of any of us.

Gloria, I won't be do the pedometer challenge. I have to go Fri. to a chiropractor for my achy hip and ankle. I can't do much walking. Sounds like a great challenge and wish I could.

A great exercise for any type of body, any age of person, is walking! Wearing a pedometer is encouraging because you want to see how many steps you can rack up daily.

It's not a competition, not for comparing yourself to others . . . it's for doing it for yourself, getting fitter and yes, perhaps lose a few pounds along the way!

If you don't own a pedometer and would like to join in, I'd suggest getting a cheaper on at Walmarts, they work good, they do the job!

So, put on your pedometer and move your body. Come in daily or often, and let us know how many steps you walked that day.
