Pixie, the bakery we were in yesterday is in another little town so I'm not close enough to just go back, lol. They sold the cookies by one's, so you could get one, two, three, whatever you wanted. That's really a great way cause then you don't buy too much. Yeah, I don't feel guilty over that cookie, it didn't do any damage!

Oh, having a little Toonie sized cookie isn't so bad, Gloria! I hope it was good! I went grocery shopping earlier and they had the prettiest cookies in the bakery (which is right next to the produce section, so its not like I can avoid it.) I really wanted just ONE of those cookies, but I would have had to buy a whole package so of course I just skipped it.

I am here again. Have not had much time for the computer. My very busy time of year, with a bunch of appointments thrown in, too.

Doing well, except, I have not bee tracking my food. Why do I find this such a time consuming, can't stand doing it, kind of thing?
I do write it down on paper, but that does not break down all the things, like the tracker on SP.
Still staying in my calorie range..... today is the "day off" per week that I do. Birthday party !

Loving my workouts!

I was close to going over on my calories yesterday, but I managed to stay right at the very top of my range. But I'm still on track! Yesterday was also rest day so I didn't workout. I'm looking forward to working out today though! Its funny...I don't really enjoy rest day! I'd rather workout, but I know my body needs at least one day off, lol.

I'm still on track and feeling great. Going out to lunch with my sons today. Luckily, my oldest son wants to go to Old Country Buffet. I do really well at buffets. I check out all the food tables first and decide what I want BEFORE I fill my plate. And they have a great salad bar. So I will be able to stay on track with my eating.

I had a healthy snack around 7:30 p.m and that was my last food for the day! I got on my scales this morning and I've stayed the same for the past month. Though I didn't lose, at least I didn't gain so I take that as progress!

My goals for September:

1 - Stop eating after 8 p.m nightly

2 - Stick to 1 healthy snack at night (eliminate unhealthy snacks) before 8 p.m

3 - Step on the scales weekly and Monday will be my weigh day

Tomorrow will be day #1 of our September goals! Are you ready?

Goals can be in anything: food, exercise, anything that you feel you need/want to tend to.

Come on in and put them down, make them specific and goals that are reasonable for you to attain!

Hard to believe but September is right around the corner, literally!

Take your time and think about goals you'd like to set for September then come in and put them down. Try to be as specific as you can.

Then check in with us often to let us know how you're doing, ask for encouragement if needed/wanted, give support to all.

I'll be back in the next few days with my September goals, going to think hard on this one!
