Roz, I supervise a group of Quality Control staff. Our company writes Medical software. Our group writes Home Health, Hospice, and Telehealth software. Deadlines are usually tight, but not THIS tight. This week got the best of all of us! I'm glad the weekend is here. We worked hard enough to get the work done and not have to work the weekend ... which we usually don't work. We're all so relieved!

Today, I got in my 10,000 steps and my Pilates (30 minutes). I think I'm done for the day. I'm pleased that I completed my exercise EVERY day this week even when I worked 14 hour days! I didn't make it here to document it, but I did get it on my exercise tracker.

This week - completed the 3rd week of the 5k walking challenge.
Didn't go too much exercise yesterday, running around all day on errands and helping my daughter setup phones and computer things....takes so much time!

Cathy what is your job?? I used to be a project manager worked long days....12hrs or more! Away from home all the time...
Now retired! Hmmmmmm!

I think that's it for me ... I worked a long day and had to bring my laptop home. I'm still processing work on my work laptop as I type this on my personal laptop. Talk about multi-tasking. LOL!! Maybe tomorrow I'll get my 10,000 steps and my Pilates!!

Counting one hour brisk walking at an outdoor festival....it was in a park with several acres and hills. We were there for over 4 hours in the sunshine, DH had his pocket pedometer and we did several miles emoticon Good job ladies on getting in some body love! emoticon

I did my streak of 15 minutes of stretching and strength trainig sets with the candles lit and the ambience peaceful and then went for a walk for 38 minutes up all the hills I could find in the neighbourhood! Then went to the shopping centre with my husband and walked around for another 30 - 60 min but I never count that....

Keep it up everyone! We are all getting fitter every day! emoticon

Hi Gloria and Roz, Checking in Fri. evening....I FINALLY DID IT!! Yay! It was only 1/2 hour evening walk with Leslie Sansone, but I'm so out of shape I worked up a sweat. Did a bit of floor work, some stretches and a few yoga poses, also. Off to make dinner now~

I didn't do anything except did a lot of walking at the food bank. I promised tomorrow I will get back on my daily ride on my recumbant bike.

"Be thankful for a new day when you wake up".
Use it the best you can by helping others less fortunate. Forgive and forget, life is too short.

Got in another 1.6 miles when I walked the dog this evening plus did 10 minutes of upper body ST.

20 minutes on my stationary bike so far and will be doing at least that much again today.

Question: I have a gel seat on my bike but still can only ride it 20 minutes at a stretch because I get a "numb bum". Otherwise I'd get in half an hour each time, at least! Anyone else who rides a stationary bike, how do you overcome this problem???

Did 15 minutes of cardio on stability ball. emoticon

Did a 10 minute Spark workout with this DVD emoticon

Will be doing 25 minute DDP Yoga workout later on.

50 min. on my stationary bike peddler so far. Also, went for a 10 min. walk with our small dog, Rocky.

We all need to move our bodies and 3 to 5 days a week really helps.

This challenge will be to come in and let us know what kind of exercise you did and for how long.

The more you move, the more you improve!
