I have a large lot and I wish I were doing all that work in my yard!

I am landscaper so I was working, in a customers yard. emoticon

It is raining, today, so it will be an indoor workout.

Also cleaning in the house!

Wow Chris - you did more of a workout with your gardening! You must have a big property!!

We are in fall/autumn here and the weather is a bit rainy but a pleasant temp.

My toes is on the mend...

Just did 30 min on the bike and 20 min stretching and strength.

Now for some cleaning and kitchen duties! OH and a shower!! emoticon

Oh no! I do hope your toe is feeling better Roz.

You are doing a great job moving forward with finding activity, to do, while nursing the toe.

I was not on, last night, for I was tired from 8 hours gardening in the 94 degree heat.
(It was the first hot day of the season and I was hauling mulch, all day.) Whew!

Hoisting all of that was a great workout, but needed to rest after being in the sun, so long.

Today only 2 hours gardening. emoticon

Managed to get 20 min of biking and 15 min of stretching and strength training in.
Then later I went for a walk through the shopping centre, testing out my foot.... all ok!!

Disaster struck!! I got up in the wee hrs the night before last and stubbed my operated toe very badly!!! emoticon
I was icing and limping all day yesterday and feeling annoyed!! It is all red and swollen.
So yesterday I only did stretching and a few small gentle exercises.

I bought a ball - so will try to do some of that today or else just meditate and do some stretching.

You Motivate me too! Thanks for being here! emoticon

Was not feeling up to par, but got in 30 minutes walking, 15 minutes stretching a couple yoga poses and 25 crunches.

I'm back!

Been so busy with gardening.

Averaging 4 hours of gardening, every day for April. Whew!
Yesterday was a rough one and going back, today.

Need to watch out for my knee, back and hand. don't want to have a set back.

Other then that, feeling good!

My week has flown, too, Roz!

Yesterday had 7 hours of gardening and between 2 and 4 on the other days.

Really feeling it, as much of it was moving mulch!

Thurs - At the beach today....45 min walk: came home and did 7 min of stretching and 10 min of biking.
Wed - Only did streching
Tues - 10 min biking: 20 min rowing
