yup you're right Nightskystar.

It's one of the only things I never really get away from is measuring on Core. It truly helps be with discipline.

I just couldn't figure out, although free calories as DivaLinda said. I was just curious do you actually squeeze it in or pack it loosely in the cup to measure it.

I never thought too much about lettuce - It's so low cal I always treat it as a 'freebie'

I guess you could take the info off the bag. If that was 2.5 cups and you stretched it to 4 servings you were eating a bit over 0.5 cup each time.

how do you measure lettuce. it seems like a silly question, but i purchased a bag of salad. the serving size said 2.5 cups and 2 servings. I think I've gotten four servings out it. are you suppose to pack the lettuce down?

silly question i know! but this has me scratching my head
