Will be my breakfasts:
Oatmeal with fruit
1-2 servings Quaker oatmeal
splenda to taste (optional)
Broccoli and cheese Fritatta
2-3 eggs or egg whites
1/2 cup of broccoli- blanched (or leftover cooked)
1/4 cup of onion sauteed
FF cheddar cheese (my favorite) but can use any other cheese
S&P to taste
After onions are sauteed and broccoli is prepared, pour eggs over top when starting to set, top with cheese then place in 450 degree oven until eggs are cooked through and cheese is melted.
You can eat this at any meal!
One bite, one day, one pound at a time. Remember you are worth the effort!
