You can track it under aerobics high impact for sure!

The tracker does have some wii exercise.

I'm not sure either. I've never done that workout.

There is a "Fitness" forum on SparkPeople's message boards. I think you will get an answer if you ask this question there. Sorry I can't be a better help for this.

For my exercise I started Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. I can't figure out how to log this on the exercise tracker. I'm not sure which entry would be closest to it as far as calories burned. Any suggestions?
