Hey Zo - This challenge has been on my mind. In 100 days I will be packing for my trip to Orlando for the Zumba Convention. How am I going to get rid of some belly fat? I need a plan. My backside is getting smaller but it is all shifting to my belly...LOL. I've tried everything. And everything works for a few weeks. Then I stall. Right now I have given up Ciabatta rolls. I got hooked and I need to stop. As long as I don't find something to replace them, I'll be fine.

I'm going to start on April 29th (Sunday) to end on August 6th (Monday). I'm going to try to fit in 8 cups of water a day. It's the only goal so I figure I should be able to concentrate on that one ok, lol.
Definitely a good plan - I'm actually sort of in the midst of this one already. I'm not always hitting it, but I'm definitely doing better at getting at least some fruits & veggies everyday, which I confess has not always been the case :D
