I agree on the carbs. I discovered Ciabatta on one of those once-in-a-while-is-okay days. Turned into an almost daily treat. I'm done with that.

I do eat lots of salad. Just had a salad for lunch.

i would lessen the carbs if you can.. are you incorporating the veggies?

on my veggies, i am doing salads cuz i think they pack a punch!

Hey Zo -
This challenge has been on my mind. In 100 days I will be packing for my trip to Orlando for the Zumba Convention. How am I going to get rid of some belly fat? I need a plan. My backside is getting smaller but it is all shifting to my belly...LOL. I've tried everything. And everything works for a few weeks. Then I stall. Right now I have given up Ciabatta rolls. I got hooked and I need to stop. As long as I don't find something to replace them, I'll be fine.

Count me in.

I'm going to start on April 29th (Sunday) to end on August 6th (Monday). I'm going to try to fit in 8 cups of water a day. It's the only goal so I figure I should be able to concentrate on that one ok, lol.

Definitely a good plan - I'm actually sort of in the midst of this one already. I'm not always hitting it, but I'm definitely doing better at getting at least some fruits & veggies everyday, which I confess has not always been the case :D

I saw this on another group but couldn't join yet another group.. I hardly have time for the ones I'm in.. so

here go it, change anything you want as little or as big..

my change for 100 days is at least 4 fruits/vegs a day.. so far I've had 1 for breakfast and planning a salad for lunch.

my start date is April 27 which brings me to sometime in Aug
