I can't say it's an opportunity so much as a wakeup call. I have been steadily putting on weight again and for the last two days I've been waking up with pain that I used to wake up with when I was heavier. So if that's not a sign, I don't know what is. I am cutting off alcohol for the remainder of the week, eating leftovers and am working out. I know this weekend will be terrible for all of those things but next week I'm also on vacay so I can hit the whole routine hard, yay! I'm actually excited to try to get healthy again!
