I can't say it's an opportunity so much as a wakeup call. I have been steadily putting on weight again and for the last two days I've been waking up with pain that I used to wake up with when I was heavier. So if that's not a sign, I don't know what is. I am cutting off alcohol for the remainder of the week, eating leftovers and am working out. I know this weekend will be terrible for all of those things but next week I'm also on vacay so I can hit the whole routine hard, yay! I'm actually excited to try to get healthy again!

I'm going start chopping up veggies as soon as I get them in the house because it makes it easier to use most mornings when I'm in a rush plus it'll make cooking in the evenings faster!

I'm trying a new fitness dvd/program. It's called TapOut and the guy seems to LOVE sphinx pushups...

Commit to walking 30 min 3x a week. Now that I'm working one job, not two, this should be manageable. emoticon

Do more outdoor activities! It will give me a chance to enjoy the weather as well as get my butt off the couch and burn a few calories in fun ways!
