Going to have to revive this for the upcoming summer! For the moment though let's just attack articles that deal with warmer weather until Summer hits!

Thanks for sharing! I was actually thinking about jogging this morning but I didnt have enough time to walk up to the park, jog, then walk back home and get ready, but I do like to try to get my jogs in during the morning time because it definitely is cooler! That I could say I knew! lol

I have a summer beauty tip to share if you dont mind! emoticon

Got this from Seventeen magazine teehee, I was skimming through the magazine and saw this and thought it seemed simple and if it really does work, then it would be awesome!

Creat Beachy Waves

Ingredients -

1. Sea Salt
2. Hot Water

-Mix 2 teaspoons sea salt (not table salt!) into 1 cup boiling water until the salt dissolves.

-Once the mixture cools, pour it into a spray bottle.

-Mist it into your hands, not directly on your hair (so you don't overdo it), and finger-comb through damp hair from roots to ends. Let your hair air-dry.

I am TOTALLY going to try this! lol emoticon

Burn is MUCH better but I was definitely red for a while lol now the burn turned to a nice brown, only thing is my booty is SUPER white now so I dont think i can wear any other bikini except the one I wore that day from now on because if I wear my other little black one you will see the whiteness lol

Hm interesting, I actually have the spray on banana boat one but not the sport one, just the regular tanning one. Thanks for sharing!

I was temped to text you to see how you were doing this weekend, to see if you were really badly burned! But then every time I thought to do it I wondered if I would catch you and Kin the way mom and dad did, in the middle of a movie or out having a good time so I figured I'd wait till the new week started and we were all back at work. How's the tan/burn?

It's back to work for me but I'm still in a beachy mood and now my chest is peeling. There's no pain or stinging but it's obvious my reapplication of sunblock missed my chest, lol! So here's a link on the sunscreen Hall of Shame and, scarily enough, some of these are geared toward kids/babies. Oof.

Thanks for sharing! I definitely need to watch out the next time I go to the beach... No more burns like that!

I'm going to see about posting links and sites here for some summer care and fun! I went to the beach on Friday with Yami to kick off the 4th of July weekend and basically incapacitated myself for the majority of the weekend, lol! Even though I put on sunblock, I still managed to burn myself and cause tons of discomfort so here's an article on sunblock/screen and the effects of tanning. Take care of yourselves this summer, folks! We want to be able to enjoy the weather and sun as we lose the weight and get healthier so don't get yourself sidelined the way I did!
