So the Fourth of July is now over which means the next big holiday we're aiming to lose by is Labor Day, September 2nd! Anyone have any goals they would like to share?
I personally would like to lose between 5 and 10 pounds so I can reach my goal weight by the end of October. I think two months is a reasonable amount of time to jump start the loss and then one last month to a month and a half to get to goal!
