Here are my numbers so far for the week:

4/1 - A 5 minute warmup, Spark's scheduled ST for me and then a stretch. FitBit lists additional 72 mins walking.

4/2 - 30 minute NTC circuit training workout this morning. My FitBit doesn't have the day's data yet.

I was out of commission too for the end of last week.

Last Week:

Monday - 11/26 - two 15 minute NTC workouts and a 15 minute walk to the train station.

Wednesday - 11/28 - 15 minute walk to the train, 15 minute walk back from the train after work, 25 minute NTC workout.

Thursday - 11/29 - 15 minute walk to the train, 15 minute walk back from the train, 30 minute NTC this morning.

Sunday - 30 minute Insanity Workout (no stretch during)
