I updated our old 2012 thread... so I guess I'll be the first to answer it! My goal: I want to reduce my weight by another 50 pounds by the end of 2013...that would put me at 218. Right now I'm at 24 pounds lost in the first 6 months of 2013, but I only really started working my program two months ago. The last time I really lost a lot of weight (7 years ago) I got to 209 as my lowest weight and I felt really good in my body then (I'm 5'10"). I maintained right around the 218-220 range for several years after that before gaining so I know it is possible.
In the meantime, my little goal to add up to that big goal is to reduce by 10 pounds per month.
Please feel free to share your weight loss goals for 2013 here! Have you done well in the first 6 months of 2013? Do you have a weight loss/inches or other health goal you are working to achieve in the rest of 2013? We have 5 months left...what can you do in the next 5 months to achieve or work on your goals?
