I'm moving to a new house in Florida (from Minnesota) and stuck right now, it is suddenly a struggle just to maintain, but I made sure to have the YMCA near the new place so I can recommit to swimming everyday. I've been skipping because I'm cleaning and packing all week, but my weight shows that it isn't the same. I've figured out that no matter what physical activity I do, when I swim I lose and I can easily burn enough to take care of any over calories days, but with land exercise I'm not able to move fast enough yet to sustain the levels I need to lose.
I like the idea of recommitting to moving every day again for June.
