I set the goal in 2012 but the goal date is in March 2013 does it count? Regardless my goal is meet my target weight of 135 by March 28, 2013 which is a 62 lb loss. My starting weight was 197 and my current weight is 190.5.

My weight loss goal is to lose 45 lbs by my birthday...March 13th. I figure that gives me plenty of time and might help me to deal better with weight loss plateaus. That should average out to approx 6 lbs of weight loss per month or 1.5 lbs per week.

I gave birth to my 3rd beautiful boy 7 weeks ago tomorrow, so my weight goal is actually based on his first birthday rather than the end of the calendar year. My goal is to lose 48lbs by my son's first birthday. It's going to be tough but I can do it (or at least get really close :P)

Twelve pounds down total so far. I weigh in tomorrow. I lost two last week, but I had only lost 1/2 lb the previous two weeks before that. I'm eating better than I ever have. I'm busy at work and walking about two lunches a week. I'm busy at home, but most of it could be considered exercise: remodeling a master bath is no joke! LOL Good luck to us all! And to our will-power!

I would like to wear a bathing suit this summer, well late summer, i need some time. I havent wore a bathing suit since i was a kid. So thats one goal. Also, to be more energetic to the point where i dnt want to watch tv, but do something active instead.

I would like to lose 45 more pounds before my birthday. That would bring me down a total of 60 pounds lost. That would be a treat.

Sweeteyes0601, don't get aggravated by the gain before the loss. You are replacing fat with muscles. Measure yourself; hips, arms, waist, butt, thighs, & the whole nine yards. This will tell you that you are doing great! Your cloths will tell also.

I often find that if I'm working out a lot I gain before I start losing weight. It gets aggravating, but I press on. I thought I was eating right last year, but I've made very little headway alone. My goal is to get to my pre-motherhood weight no later than my mother's birthday in late August.

My goal for 2012, I want to lose 18lbs, I am setting my goals really spread far out so if I lose that 18lbs early enough then I can start on the last 10lbs! I am SO excited! Never did I dream that I could say I would be down to my last 28lbs!

I am actually down 6 pounds in the last 3 weeks. I am now at 269. I hope to get that down to 250 by the end of June. Then I will think about the next goal for later in the year. Good luck in hitting your goals everyone.

I started off the year at 197 and I am down to 190 for a 7 pound loss so far. Not alot but I started a little in February. 45 pounds left to go to reach 145. Though I will not get upset if it is more. ha ha

I started in January at 148 lbs. My goal is to get reach 130 lbs by my graduation ceremony in May. I have struggled some. I am losing but not as fast as I would like. I'm still hoping to reach my goal by May 12.

My goal is to lose 2 pounds a week until I lose 40 pounds. That is my first goal and then the next goal is to keep it off and then work on losing the other 40 pounds to bring me to my ideal weight.

My goal is to lose AT LEAST a pound a week. I have 100lbs to lose (well 86 lbs. now since I lost 14!!) But 100 lbs is daunting so I figure if I stop thinking so big maybe I can finally do it. A pound a week sounds so much more doable and just think by the end of the year I will be over halfway to my goal, right!? : )

Hello! My goal is to lose 75 pounds by Christmas. I am 5'3" and that would put me at 150 lbs. At that time I will see how I feel about myself. If I am still lacking energy and having trouble doing things, then I will set a new goal for 2013. We can all do this one day at a time!!

Mine is only about 5 lbs.. I teeter back and forth. My issue is not being able to exercise right now because we got a puppy. I don't want to leave her too long. I used to be able to go to the gym and then leave from there to run my errands. I now have to come home and that really messes up all my flow of everything. Food eating, too. I ate a monster monster cookie for lunch the other day. It was 480 cal., 22 fat, 43 carbs and 9 protein. A meal all in itself, but not too filling and the thought made me feel bad. It tasted pretty good at the time and satisfied me for a few hours, but......I had to eat something and there wasn't much else at the Target cafe.

So, my goal is to figure out my exercising schedule.

My goal is to lose about 65 lbs by July. Aggressive I know. My brother and sister in law are taking the entire family to florida for a week, and I really want to be in a bikini. Mother of 3 ages 6 and under in a bikini!! How awesome would that feel!!??

My goal is to lose 25 lbs by late spring/early summer. I want to feel good about myself while I'm riding bikes with my daughter, playing outside with her and especially when I take her to the water park or pool. As a family, we are all vegetarians and eat very healthy foods on average. I'm the one who eats unhealthy food and/or too much in general.

Please post your weight loss goals for this year and maybe I can try to work up a challenge for all to participate in. I know it's hard for all the teams to do challenges so any input will help me out. If you just want some place to chat about goals or whether it be a strength train challenge or cardio one. I have been doing my cardio with my kids Wii daily and also doing the WATP dvd's as well. Please tell me your thoughts and what goals you may have.

My goal for the new year is to lose 60 pounds by next Christmas so I can be healthy for the kids. Motivation is my biggest problem but I have a sister who has lost 70 pounds with Atkins and doing well. I have started with it and also started my son on it as well. It is my goal to get all of my family to a healthy weight and create new eating habits.

What might be your goals for your family?
