Fitness Minutes:
8/17 - Treadmill x 30 mins - then cleaned up after a Festival
8/18 - Strength Trained upper body
8/19 - Gazelle x 20 mins - cleaned up after a Festival (lots of squats & walking done)
8/20 - Treadmill x 20 mins - cleaned up after a Festival (lots & lots of squats & more walking)
8/22 - Gazelle x 42 mins & Tae Bo Crunch
8/23 - Gazelle Challenge (25 mins total - 5 mins Gazelle, then 1 min of upper body strength
training - now have resistance bands)

Down 5 pounds since last week (total of 8 so far for the month)

Fitness Minutes:
8/11 - Walk on Treadmill x 20 mins- strength trained on Upper Body
8/12 - Gazelle x45 mins
8/14 - went on hike with the Boy Scouts. toured Vermillionville for Acadian Day
8/15 - Gazelle x 45 mins
8/16 - Walk/jog on Treadmill x 16 mins (0.88 miles) - strength trained on Lower Body

im down from 212 to 204 since august 1... walking at least 2.5 miles 3 days a week and 1 mile the others being single with 2 kids & 2 jobs its hard but no excuses alarm goes offf at 430am every morning & im off to the treadmill!

While my scale hasn't been moving, I have been exercising 30-60 minutes 6 days a week. 30+ mins is walking, 20 mins / mile, which gets me in target heart rate zone, but not completely fatigued. 3 or 4 days a week, I swim 30+ mins. This morning I did half mile in 33 minutes, my fastest time this summer. I do strength training 3 days a week, currently the resistance band workout, then squats, lunges, crunches, pushups etc. I log my nutrition faithfully, go above my suggested calorie range maybe once every 14 days or so. Five pounds down for August sounds spectacular!

Returned from vacation and down 0.25 pounds - this is great cuz I expected a gain

Fitness Minutes:
8/04 - 12 mins on Treadmill & strenght trained for 15 mins; then did 30 mins on stationary bike
8/05 - treaded water in Destin for at least 25 mins & hauled a lot of stuff through the sand
8/06 - treaded water in Destin for at least 10 mins & hauled a lot of stuff further through the sand. wanted to go to prettier section of beach
8/08 - 40 mins on Gazelle

I just went back to the gym last week. I made it there 5 days last week and worked out one day at home. This week though I only made it to the gym twice, so I plan to work out Sat. & Sun. at home.

I do 40 mins of Cardio 4 days a week and 15 mins Cardio w/ strength training the other 3 days. Right now I have been losing 5+ pounds a month. (I have 30 pounds left to lose)
I weigh in on Wednesdays. Sorry I don't share the number from the scale (issues that I have about people knowing this number) but will post the number lost weekly.

I already do 45 minutes a day 5 days a week but unfortunately I do not lose 5 pounds a month. Normally if I can get 3 to 4 a month I am doing good. My goal however is 8 pounds for the month, which will be extremely hard but I am really up to the challenge. I normally weigh in on Fridays and I am normally not active on spark over the weekend so I will go ahead and post my weight as of this morning.

SW 176.5
GW for team 171.5
GW for myself 168.5

I have an ugly bridesmaids dress I have to wear in 7 weeks so I am really trying to lose 20 before the wedding and get down to 162.

My challenge to all is to get in 30 minutes of exercise 3 to 4 days per week and try and lose 5 pounds or more this month. Please post often so others might receive the motivation you have and keep on going with us. Good luck to all.
