I was thinking about getting the SP Cookbook. I wish I could thumb through it and see if it would work for me. I like to take some of the community recipes and try them or tweek them. I tried the Health Mousaka (Eggplant) but kept it vegetarian by substituting MorningStar crumbles and crushed chickpeas for the ground turkey. It was good! I'm not sure if I would need the cookbook. Do you guys find a lot of different stuff in there?
BKLVR98: You could also serve it over coucous-I love it as a change from rice.
Made the Slow-Cooker Salsa Chicken the other night...it was great. Put it in a wrap, but I think it got too soggy. I f you can drain out mor of the juce have it, but otherwise I'm going to recommend to put it on either brown rice or whole grain pasta. Last night had the Slow-Cooker Vegetable Curry. If you don't like spicy, avoid this. Had a lot more bite than expected...gonna have to be in the right mood for it, but still yummy. I paired it with brown rice, and I had a plate FULL of food for around 360 calories!
