It's our last week-long challenge before we dive into the good stuff that will have us rockin' our awesome bods in our awesome bathing suits next June!
We've set our goals.
We've created some great motivational support with playlists that make us want to move.
Now it's time to DREAM!
Close your eyes. Feel the warmth of the sun on your face. Smell that coconut tanning oil. Hear the ocean waves hitting the beach, lulling you to sleep....
When you wake up, it's June 1st and you've achieved your goals!
Where in the world are you?
What amazing beach are you on?
Are you staying at a posh resort where the pool boys keep your margarita full, or are you somewhere secluded and quiet?
Who are you with?
What's your super hot swimsuit look like? What's your other super hot swimsuit look like?
What are your plans for the rest of your dream vacation? Will you lounge by the pool with a great book? Will you snorkel, scuba dive, para-sail, jet-ski, ride horses, hike to the top of a volcano? Go out dancing every night or hang out by the fire-pit on the beach?
When you look back over the last seven months, what was the single most important thing you did to reach your goal, which lead to this paradise?
Imagine every detail, then plan your trip as if you were actually going. Look at locations and hotels and adventures and bathing suits. Post pictures to your blog or on a vision collage.
THIS is what we're working towards! This will help you get out of bed on those dark, cold mornings when you'd rather stay in your warm, comfy bed. You CAN and WILL do what it takes to get to that dream vacation!
