July 5th: 181lbs 11th: 183lbs 18th: 177lbs (WooHoo, SBD Phase 1) 25th: 176lbs (not a huge loss, but I will take it!!) August 1st: 174lbs (doing ok) 8th: 172lbs!!! (great after the BAD weekend I had! I was very shocked) 15th: 171lbs (starting to see the difference.) 22nd: 173 29th: 1 74 September: 5th: 176 (dont like where this is going) 12th: 180 (not cool man, not cool) 19th: 180 ( at least I didnt gain this week)
