Preserve Your Curves Fitness exist to promote a healthier lifestyle for Curvy women. My name is Tondalaya also known as @thecurvypioneer, since 2005 I've been empowering women to be confident and curvy. In 2009 I became extremely depressed and weighed over 286 pounds.I began Preserve Your Curves™ to keep me accountable to achieve my fitness goals. Since then I have lost an outstanding 60 pounds. However with the ups and downs of life my weight slowly began to creep up . Now I am ready to jump back on the fitness bandwagon and want you to join me! When you set your fitness goals up with a friend it keeps you accountable for your lifestyle changes. For 2013 I've teamed up with my fellow Curvy sister Myisha in hopes to reintroduce the Preserve Your Curves experience to the world. We believe that you can be a curvy size 0 or a curvy 26 and together we can all achieve our fitness goals. Always remember to Define your Curves DON'T let your Curves DEFINE YOU!
