Met my calorie goals yesterday, still staying on the lower portion. Brought my breakfast, lunch and snacks for the second day!!!

Mommy to Tien-- it takes about 3 days for liquor to metabolize and it leaves you bloated, not to mention the extra sugar and empty calories. I usually have a glass or two of wine after work but have noticed a lot less bloating since I have stopped doing this.

Good morning Temeka! That's awesome you stuck to the lower end of your caloric goal over the weekend. Mine varied, but I kept moving forward. I'm not sure about drinking cocktails and how that affects weight loss. I do think you did good if not drinking any was a goal you have. Hope to read more about how pumped you are about this week starting and what you've been doing.

As of yesterday I am at an 18 day streak for drinking 8 glasses of water a day! Never thought it possible, but I hardly ever even crave a coke anymore!

I stuck to the lower end of my calorie range over the weekend and even worked out Saturday!
Did not even have a cocktail which tends to be my issue... I'm pumped for the week!!!

Yesterday I managed to take a zumba class, 10 minute bootcamp video, a 2 mile walk at lunch plus 30 minutes on my elliptical

Tested my body fat percentage today for the first time, and discovered that while I am still "overweight," my body fat is in the "normal" range. Woohoo!

Yesterday and today I got compliments from people at work about my weight loss. They said it's been very noticeable lately. (Meanwhile I'm thinking, "I've stopped losing and I hope you don't notice that my abdomen is growing, b/c I'm four months pregnant!") I think it makes a huge difference wearing clothes that actually fit, as opposed to baggy ones.

Mini goal: the march back my happy, healthy weight where I was before and after pregnancy.

Yesterday I took 13,412 steps and climbed 11 floors (although some of them were counted on a hill as large as 2 floors).

An excuse is just a challenge to figure out how to do something different.

I can lift more weight at the gym and I am not insanely sore in the morning.

I can walk/run longer on the treadmill.

My clothes are loser and I have to buy a smaller size.

I am less tired all the time.

I feel better about myself. I want to go out and live life, not stay at home and think about all the weight I want to lose.

I've been on SP for two months now, with a focus on eating clean and exercising. Before I started eating clean, I suffered from daily headaches and 1-3 migraines per month, all of which really affected my concentration at work. Since I've started eating clean, I've had a total of 3 headaches and ZERO migraines! Woot woot!!!

I cut my time from 52 min to 42 min on my 5K and I managed to do a few real pushups without re-injuring my shoulder!

My non-scale victory this week is that I was able to go from doing 3 miles on my gazelle to 4 miles. And I also found I was checking my side view out in the mirror every time I went to the bathroom because I just couldn't believe that how little my stomach sticks out now......I went from my belly sticking out past my chest, to now my chest sticks out further than my belly....wooohoooo!

Last time I tried on swimsuits, I barely fit in size 20s. The other day, I tried some on, and the 16s were way too big. There's only about 20 lbs in between that time, so I was amazed that it changed so much!

Go ahead, share! What non-scale victories are you experiencing?

This week I took the tags off of pajamas my mother-in-law got me for Christmas. I had them in the "to be returned" pile because they're a size large, too small for me - or so I thought. I put them on and lo and behold, they fit! Definitely a non-scale victory.
