My husband and I went shopping on Monday. I bought 2 bras (smaller) and a new pajama set to celebrate my success so far. The PJ set was a Lg instead of the XLg that I've been buying and it fits well!!!

Posted on my weigh in, but.... I was able to buy (and fit) into a large coat for this winter and give away my old extra large one! It was kinda bittersweet since the coat I had was goose down and had a fur trimmed hood, it was less than a year old and I paid $250 for it
The new one is almost exactly the same except it has some pretty embroidery on it and cost me $50 less!!! YAY for weight loss, size loss, and HAVING to reward yourself by shopping!!!!
Goal #1- Get below 200 lbs (achieved 6/26/2011)
Goal #2- Reach the weight I was when I met my husband, 175 lbs (achieved 9/7/2011)
I lost 13 pounds last week. Congrats to everyone elese on there accomplishments.

Thanks Ivy!!! I'm hoping to be able to buy a bra at a regular store......I'm currently a 38FF which means I have to shop at a specialty store to buy my bras and their EXPENSIVE!!!
BTW, I know I shouldn't have, but I stepped on the scale today to see how my TOM was effecting me and it said 179.2!!!! I'm not changing my weight or officially counting it, but that would put me at 10lbs down!!!

I know this is a very minor woohoo moment, but I usually use the middle hooks on my bra....today I had to use the tightest ones!!!

As of Wednesday, I am down 70 lbs since I started actively using Sparkpeople in October!!!! (I signed up July last year). I only have 20 more pounds to go. I originally had a different goal but since I'm doing so well, I am reaching for my high school weight of 145lbs. Thanks Sparkpeople!!! I tell everyone I know to use Sparkpeople.

I went to get new running shoes because my old ones were really getting bad, and the people at New Balance recorded me running on a treadmill to check my gait. Turns out that despite my worries about my running, I'm actually doing exactly what I'm supposed to, landing on the right part of the foot, keeping my legs in line with my hips, and not rolling off on either side of the foot. I'm also taking the right number of steps per minute. To top it all off, they measured my feet and I've gone down a shoe size!!! Woo-hoo!

my woo hoo was over the weekend 1-I participated in my 1st 5K (walk 2min run 3min) finished in 51:10-and I wasn't last! 2- was able to fit on the carnival rides w/my hubby & kids, haven't been able to do that in nearly 10 years!

Amazing accomplishments guys! This is an amazing team.
I realized today that I am exactly halfway to my goal since I joined Spark People. I am down 46 lbs and have 46 lbs to go. This also lead me to realize I shouldn't technically still be in the "50-99lbs to lose" but I can't leave. I get the most support from this team. So, thank you!

Congrats to Everyone!! My WooHoo moment is that I am at almost 4 weeks soda free and I feel great!! It is like an addiction to me but I quit cold turkey and have eliminated it as an option.. I don't even think about it any more. Good luck luck and continued success!

Ahh!!! I broke through my little mini-plateau today! Finally! I've been at the same weight, unable to lose an ounce, for two weeks now. I know that's not long, but it was driving me crazy. Finally dropped weight today!

First I want to congratulate everyone on their personal woo hoo moments!!! Great job everyone.
I have a couple of woo hoos.
1 - My baby girl had to have surgery this morning. Tonsils, adenoids, and tubes - routine and has been scheduled since the beginning of June. We took her out to eat yesterday to Red Lobster. I was able to enjoy my dinner there and stay within my calories for the day.
2 - I did my walk today without the kids (the older 2 are at grandma's and the youngest is on the couch with Dad) and I did 2 miles in under 30 mins. (28)!!!!!
Hopefully, I'll be posting another woo hoo tomorrow of 3 miles in under 45!!!

Woohoo MK!
I jogged 10 minutes this morning, almost without stopping - I took a 20 second walk break somewhere around the 8-minute mark, but I was shooting for a full 10 minute run and I so, SO almost made it!
Longest stretch I've jogged so far is a little less than 7 minutes. Woohoo!

Got my Woo Hoo in over the weekend -did a 3.4 mile run on Saturday in 41 minutes and then did another 4.0 mile run in 50 minutes on Sunday. Little sore today but so worth it!!!

I have to shout out a woo hoo because I for the first time in spark history actually burnt over 2,000.00 calories in one week of exercise and it wasn't including things like cutting grass and gardening. It was straight exercise time!
A place for working mom's to discuss how to fit in fitness and a healthy lifestyle while still being a good mom and not feeling guilty for making some you time.

I had several WOOHOO moments today!! I received my first random compliment about my weight from someone who didn't know I was trying to lose! Plus three other people mentioned it this week too, but they already knew - still, it was great to get those compliments!
And then, I ordered some shirts that came in today, and they were TOO BIG!! That hasn't happened to me in years! :D

I ran my first post-babies 5K last weekend. The most amazing part...I did it in under 30 minutes!! When I started running again this spring, I set a goal to run a half-marathon in October. This 5K was just what I needed to prove to myself that I can do it. It has not been an easy journey, but each accomplishment is something to be proud of. I told my husband to start looking for me at the 35 minute marker...when I rounded the finish with 28 on the clock we both couldn't believe it. Thanks to all of you on the team and on Spark for the support and encouragement. This site is changing my life.

Tomorrow will be 3 weeks without even a SIP of regular or diet soda...I used to drink 5-7 diets a DAY!
This is a BIG deal for me, like when I quit smoking after 17 years (I'll be 7 years smoke-free in Oct.)

What a journey! Lost the baby weight in 20 days, maintained for 4 months, then lost my way for 2 months. Clawing my way back to the starting line.
