It was Greek yogurt, light mayo with chives chopped cucumber real small then mix it in with whole wheat spaghetii. We are making it again. I'm going to fiddle around with tomato and create some salsa next!

Purchased a food processor and made cucumber salad, it turned out to be pretty yummy. The food processor makes chopping so much faster.

I'm a week behind you, I think it happened when our Dog passed on.. I really like the healthy cooking challenge and am pleased about organizing one of the cupboards. The cooking challenge has helped me with planning too!

I love dill on potatoes or cottage cheese and tumeric on fish, lol. Cumin in taco meat. Cilantro in homemade salsa, mmm.

I like using a shopping list, it does help keep you on track. I am using the printable list from sparkpeople. You use it to plan and it does help. emoticon

Great idea I got on the forum........so simple yet not often done, lol.

Pack a lunch right away - before you do the dishes and settle down for the evening. You'll be much more likely to actually take leftovers for lunch if you don't have to fuss with them in the morning.

Checking out some coupons and the healthy July 4 burgers, we are going to do that! Read the article about the shopping list, I have a new one on the fridge, the tips are good, but I have to implement them. I know this stuff, but I have to ACT on it. Stopping at fresh and easy for emoticon I really liked reading the tips.

Cgem61. Me me me emoticon How do I get my name on the list? I read the article 15 ways to save on groceries, it's pretty good! You can find it when you sign up for the healthy cooking class. Here is my personal tip don't send my husband out to grocery shop, I think our food budget will be better and I have shopped while hungry.
