It was Greek yogurt, light mayo with chives chopped cucumber real small then mix it in with whole wheat spaghetii. We are making it again. I'm going to fiddle around with tomato and create some salsa next!

I love dill on potatoes or cottage cheese and tumeric on fish, lol. Cumin in taco meat. Cilantro in homemade salsa, mmm.

Read the article about the shopping list, I have a new one on the fridge, the tips are good, but I have to implement them. I know this stuff, but I have to ACT on it. Stopping at fresh and easy for I really liked reading the tips.

Here is my personal tip don't send my husband out to grocery shop, I think our food budget will be better and I have shopped while hungry.
