Weekend Challenge

Aug 22 to Aug 25

With this being a Holiday weekend I understand how hard it is going to be to stay on track.

So our Challenge for this weekend is!

Try and stay in you calorie range. If you slip up don't beat yourself up for it.
Drink lots of Water.
Get some kind of Exercise.
Most of all have a safe and happy weekend.

Sorry I spaced out the weekend challenge last weekend. I am very busy with my Daughters Wedding.
I will be gone form the 6th to the 10th. Not sure if I will have time to check in or not. I have posted the weekend challenge early.

The Weekend Challenge this weekend will be!
Aug 8th to 10th
Walk 1 Mile daily.
Drink 9 glasses of water.
Spend time doing something you love.

30 Minutes of Cardio per day.
9 Glasses of water per day
and because Sunday will mark the 9 month mark. Let's all do something special for our selves.

I should be able to do this! The hardest one will be staying in my calorie range, especially since I don't tend to track my food much anymore. But I am going to get some exercise and my water this weekend.
