I could not do this one due to a sore right arm. Did a similar exercise putting hands on hips. Also plan to walk today.

Was not able to do exercises yesterday because I donated blood on the way home from work so today I did both. :o)

This will be the link of the daily exercise challenge that everyone asked for. I will post the next days challenge the night before that way people on the east coast can see it when I am still sleeping.

Remember don't do anything that you are not comfortable with. I will choose exercise that are listed in the fitness section. Please make sure you watch how to do them. If you can't do something that is posted for that day then find an exercise that you can do.
