Fit for Fall weight loss challenge is designed to be a fun and easy way to lose weight.
Start Monday Oct 8th 2012
1) Can you commit to lose Pounds/Inches for the next 60 days?
2) You must post your Starting Stats and your Before picture within your Profile Page and set your Page to "Public". (Front/Side Photos: Measurements Weight, Chest, Waist, Hips, Thighs)
3) Updating on a daily or weekly basis on this post. This helps create accountability
4) Can you not Obsess about the # on the Scale. We ALL weigh-in/measure every 2 weeks Monday
5) No Excuses! No Judgement!
