3 pounds down in 2 weeks. Was sad to lose only 1 pound this past week, but happy it was still a loss.

I am using my beginning weight to create a goal of losing 15% by the end of this year, which equals an obtainable 2lbs/wk. Losing 15% of my current weight by January 1 would not be realistic for me.

The basis of the Fall Challenge lies in the idea of accountability as a motivator for weight loss. The premise still relies on losing 2lbs a week, well within reasons to lose weight consistently and safely.

You can join this challege at time during the Fall Season! This is here to keep you focused toward your Year End Goal (3 months left) ! I hope you reach them!
