A challenge I had done a while ago had included a bonus of picking four goals for the month to track and improve. It was a hit, so I was planning on using it again, but wasn't sure if September was a good month for it. Looks like it is.
I was planning on tracking carbs, fat, and going sugar free
for three of the four nutrition challenges.
If there is anything in particular anyone wants to see in the challenges, let me know and I will work it in.
