Figure out what time you want to go to bed and work backwards from there to make sure you complete all of your chores before bedtime. If you wait until it's time to be in bed to start your nightly routines... wash your face, brush your teeth, pack tomorrow's lunch, pick out tomorrow's clothes, check email one last time... then before you know it you will have lost an hour or more sleep that your body needs.
