Scenario #1 - if I am really, really short I will make another meal of a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich.

If I am with in 500 cals or so I will have a snack that I don't normally have. This is a once a month of so scenario,,,so I might have a small ice cream, or some Synder's of Hanover flavored pretzles. Or some such.

If It is a matter of a under 100 or so - I don't worry about it.


Scenario #2 - I exercise with the wii....my schedule allows for late night excerising.

What I like to do, if I know I have gone over and blew it for the day is; EXERCISE some of it off!
Do I always emoticon I once did. That is how I lost the weight in the 1st place. Now that I am in maintence, and constantly struggling with the scale going emoticon and then emoticon I could honestly say, I have not been as committed to burning off the extra calories B4 bed. THUS the emoticon emoticon movement on the emoticon emoticon

Darlene ~ I think these are both great topics and could possibly be weaved into a tip or challenge... ie going over in a day ~ tips on how do you handle that, without it spilling to the next? (I just feel they may not get noticed in this thread). emoticon

I am like you. It is not something that happens to me often, so I usually will stop eating. But if it is happinging a lot, I will look to see what nutrients I need and try to find something light that fits that need.

How about another scenario:

You had a great day, but blew it at the last minute and went way over your limits. You don't want to blow your progress so you begin to formulate a plan to make up for the laps in judgment. What do you do?

Depending on how short I am, I will ignore it. A few calories short once in a while doesn't hurt. If I am really short, I will usually have a glass of milk.
