There are some great ideas here, if you need some thoughts on what to track ~ this is your challenge, this is your summer!!!
Some ideas are: staying within calorie range specific number of fitness minutes or steps a household chore... (like that one!) maybe having a quiet time or bible reading drinking your water hours of sleep per night
Don't overwhelm yourself... you can add to the list as you go!!
Day one will be 1/60 Then you can cut and paste your list... hit reply and track 2/60 etc...
