Goals are a very important part of the plan here at SP. There are three types of goals. The long term goals are where you want to be, and of course, that is what we "dream of." However, if we have a lot to do to get there, long term goals can really harm our chance at success because we don't see the way to getting there. Short term goals are what we need to do right now to get started--and these are incredibly important. Medium range goals are the ones where we check up on ourselves and see if we are heading in the right direction to get to those big long term goals.
All three are important--Please join us here in sharing your goals as you feel comfortable. If you write them down, they help you to see your way there. You may want to only share short term, and that is fine. This is a thread for you to get your bearings and get started on your journey to a healthier you!!
