I am walking more on my treadmill - I walk 2 minutes at a normal pace, then 1 minute at a much faster pace, then back to normal and back and forth for 30-45 minutes. Then when comfortable with that I will do the faster pace for a longer amount of time, until the whole time is at a faster pace - except for the warm up and cool down.

I am going to tak ethe challange now... For this entire week I will either run or jog atleast 4 10 good minutes... :)

Made it to the gym yesterday!!!

20 minutes on the treadmill on a high incline. Hanging abs, crunches, incline crunches, hip abductors and adductors, chest press, shoulder press, and some other arms exercises that I can't remember the name of. :) (I thought I would remember, I guess I need to start writing things down.)

Trying to get back on track after the worst year that I can remember.

wow love your strength training. Tell what is the fitness gram test. I barely get the running in because of kids. I wish they would keep running with me
I made the 10 minute challange all week with bonus time!!!

WooHoo!! Trying to get back on track!! Yesterday I worked out at work for 30 minutes. ( I also did the PACER part of the Fitnessgram test. I stopped at 25, but I think I could have gotten 30-35. Too bad the HFZ for ages 17+ is 41!!!! ahhhhhh)(I wanted to try it and see how my kids are feeling from it. Strangly enough, they are begging to do it!?!? I think that's a good thing though.)

Today I made it to the gym (yeah me!) and I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, hamstring curls, single hamstring curls, hanging abs, crunches, leg extensions, calf raises, lat pull downs, seated rows then I finished up with 10 minutes on the elliptical.

I'm in, too. Will start tommorrow Thurs 2/28, with a faster pace walk interspersed with my normal speed...or rather my 3.3 mph walk. Let you know how I do. This is a spectacular group...Thanks

2/26- I am just now getting home and its 2am. Contractors were here all day so I never had a chance to jump on the treadmill! Tomorrow though. I will try to do double or more to make up for it.

I did it last week, fifteen minutes every day, and 30 more one some days. Mostly walking jogging in place, as I don't have access to a treadmill, and it's COLD outside. I'm in for another week.

Yesterday 15 min run, 12 min walk.

There is no elevator to success. You have to take the stairs.

I'm in for the 10 minute challenge, starting today. I haven't done any walking/running yet, but I guess I'll post when I have. Sounds like a good mini-goal to keep active.

Sounds good. Maybe we can add an up the anti twist to it? One person post with their 10 mins accomplished, adds they did an additional 15 or so minues and challenges the next person to do the total amount. Just an idea.
