WooHoo!! Trying to get back on track!! Yesterday I worked out at work for 30 minutes. ( I also did the PACER part of the Fitnessgram test. I stopped at 25, but I think I could have gotten 30-35. Too bad the HFZ for ages 17+ is 41!!!! ahhhhhh)(I wanted to try it and see how my kids are feeling from it. Strangly enough, they are begging to do it!?!? I think that's a good thing though.)
Today I made it to the gym (yeah me!) and I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, hamstring curls, single hamstring curls, hanging abs, crunches, leg extensions, calf raises, lat pull downs, seated rows then I finished up with 10 minutes on the elliptical.
