Hey everyone! Today is a beautiful day so I am feeling full of life and energy! I hope everyone else is too!

For this month...

I am running my second Half Marathon in Virginia Beach on March 18th. I am soo excited! I am sad to say however, that I have not done as much training as I would have liked. I also injured my foot on Sunday (walking the boardwalk in AC in flip flops...I keep forgetting that I am getting older and my body doesn't work the same way it used to!) It's feeling better, but I won't risk injuring it further before the race, so I may not run until a couple days before the 18th.

I have just in the past couple days began using an all natural product that is designed for energy, weight loss, allergy suppression and a bunch of other great things. It is called the ultimate formula, and the reason I decided to try it was to curb my sweet tooth cravings. The main ingredient is Bee Pollen. It has not only curbed my sweet cravings, but my appetite all together! I am not trying to lose a ton of weight, but would be extremely happy to lower my body fat percentage. I will finish the bottle at the end of this month, and looking forward to that seeing that percentage go down!

I will take a short break from running this month after the HM, but will get back on the wagon the 1st of April!
