MY goal for this month is to get committed to getting into shape! I started on Sparkpeople (again) a month ago, but after about a week, I fizzled, Need to focus on me... need to make the effort to get in a shape other than round!
Small steps... I want to walk a mile four times a week. I have been able to give up soda, but I need to get drinking my water every day.
One thing I want to do for me every day is to practice my guitar. I bought myself a guitar almost a year ago, and am still very much a beginner, due to making excuses and not practicing. Even if I just practice 15 minutes a day, it's taking the time for me!
