MY goal for this month is to get committed to getting into shape! I started on Sparkpeople (again) a month ago, but after about a week, I fizzled, Need to focus on me... need to make the effort to get in a shape other than round!

Small steps... I want to walk a mile four times a week. I have been able to give up soda, but I need to get drinking my water every day.

One thing I want to do for me every day is to practice my guitar. I bought myself a guitar almost a year ago, and am still very much a beginner, due to making excuses and not practicing. Even if I just practice 15 minutes a day, it's taking the time for me!

My main goal for Feb. is to start eating a more clean diet. I don't eat a lot of processed food, but I would like to cut back some more on the stuff I do.

My Goal in Feb is to really start working on my running. In May I want to run a 5k in B-more. I did it two years ago in 53 minutes, this year I want to do it less than 45. I also want to hit 200 lbs by the end of Feb. I plan to keep up with Zumba, running and anything else I can fit in! LOL.

I also want to try to get myself in a better place mentally. That might be the hardest thing!

Nicole, you can do it!

I have a three month goal of losing 20 lbs going for myself currently. January hasn't been a big losing month for me and I'm expecting it to slow even more for the last week. I will be having surgery on Wednesday and though its outpatient the Dr said a week to get back into the groove.

So my main goal is to make the next few days really count! I plan on buying all sorts of fresh fruits and veggies to keep myself from snacking on junk and putting all my effort into my diet while I'm unable to get my cardio in.

Well I've been out of touch with SP for a couple months. Holidays and just plain life took over. I was however still following all the principles of eating right and exercising...just not tracking anymore.

My goals for February is to keep working on my Half Marathon training...I have a HM scheduled in March at Virginia Beach. I am totally stoked about it! I have been doing well with it for the past 3 weeks. I have a personal goal to complete the HM with a 8:30 min mile average pace. Quite a stretch for me, but my first HM was a 9:10 pace so I think I can get close to it!
