I know that we all lead busy lives, and this weather is stinky for getting out and moving, but WE OWE IT TO OURSELVES to do something!
This weekend's challenge is to find some way to get in 15 minutes of exercise, whether it's doing an exercise video that's been gathering dust on the shelf, or doing two laps around the store before you start shopping. There are plenty of you-tube videos out there to try, too. Try searching you-tube for yoga, or walking, or whatever you would like to try.
Together, we CAN do it!
