I did get motivated (I've had so much energy lately!) My plan of attack for the weekend is to clean up the basement (eek!) Its a mess of outgrown clothing and holiday tubs that were never fully put away. It looks like The easter bunny, santa, a witch and some 5 year olds threw one crazy party down there. Wish me luck. I think this may turn into a week long or more adventure *sigh*
Though going up and down the steps should be good. So I can keep working on the chore into a workout plan!
My personal weekend goal it to track everything I eat. I'm guilty of stealing a bite of something the kids eat and ignoring the calorie count. Like today, I had a chicken nugget. That alone is like 60 cals! Those suckers add up way to fast.

Well team, this weekend unofficially starts my vacation. I still have to work on Monday, but my mind will be on vacation on Friday at 5 pm, or maybe 7pm...I sill probably have to work late to finish up loose ends.
So I have to get ready for my boyfriend to get here. I have a TON of things to do. So my weekend challenge is to turn a chore into a workout. Make a few extra trips carrying in the groceries, or super clean your house like it's a workout in the gym. Focus on using muscles that you don't normally think about when doing your chores. Squeeze your glutes, do some arm curls with the grocery bags!
