Well team, this weekend unofficially starts my vacation. I still have to work on Monday, but my mind will be on vacation on Friday at 5 pm, or maybe 7pm...I sill probably have to work late to finish up loose ends.
So I have to get ready for my boyfriend to get here. I have a TON of things to do. So my weekend challenge is to turn a chore into a workout. Make a few extra trips carrying in the groceries, or super clean your house like it's a workout in the gym. Focus on using muscles that you don't normally think about when doing your chores. Squeeze your glutes, do some arm curls with the grocery bags!
