On a lighter note as as a second part to this challenge, let's all learn the healing effects of doing Tai Chi/Qi Gong by doing the following workout routine. This is all about relaxing and healing your body. It's been proven that Tai Chi/Qi Gong increases your energy, improves your blood circulation thus lowering your blood pressure. Don't give up on it. Be in a quiet, still place and listen as they take you through the routine. It has also been said that if you do Tai Chi/Qi Gong for 90 days minimum, you will have changed your aura, your strength, and your blood pressure. Here's the link:
