Now that we're back to school (most of us) it's time to focus on easy ways to incorporate nutrition and fitness into our hectic weekdays. Let's share one healthy substitution or "revamp" a recipe, or one way that you and your children stay active. This is a seasonal challege, so keep posting until October.
