ScarySherry, I'm diving into this thing again, too, with both feet first! My wonderfully challanging-challenge is to simply get off my butt and exercise. I'm starting with walking for ten minutes. If I can motivate myself to do that, I may end up doing more.

HillaryAlene, Bollywood dancing sounds too fun! I love to dance :)

My new exercise is Bollywood dancing. It's a killer leg workout but you also get your cardio in! I did it for the first time yesterday, and I'm going to keep doing that for my cardio this week. :) Yay!!

Well, I'm trying to do this sparkpeople again, so I may as well challenge myself. I'm going to try to hit the treadmill for 30 minutes first thing in the morning no matter what. It's certainly not a new exercise for me but sticking with it would be! And doing it in the morning would be new also! I'm sure I can do this, and with a friendly bet nearing it's deadline with friends of mine, the pressure is on!! I have the will power, now I need the staying power! emoticon
