I'm planning intensive leg circuit workout - lunges, squats, dealifts, plie squats, more lunges. Oh, I feel tired even thinking of it) Wish me luck.

I'm on the elliptical for 90 minutes this morning and strength training tomorrow. I'll definitely be working on the fruits and veggies this weekend and drinking plenty of water. Thanks Michele!

Awesome challenge!

I know we're going out to eat for Mother's Day, so I'm planning ahead and checking the menu out so I don't feel pressure and order the worst item!
